YES! We have one final Whitney Field game this year, Saturday, November 12 at 1 pm!
Greetings all and welcome to the championship weekend of the Aiken Polo Club Junior Polo program at historic Whitney Field on Saturday November 12 at 1 PM. Whitney boasts 134 years of continuously played polo and we are thrilled to have you join us and be a part of it!
This Saturday November 12 at 1 PM we will feature our up and coming superstars in the finals of their season. We will have six chukkers of competitive polo featuring the future of polo in Aiken, the United States and even possibly the world.
Please come on over to the Alan Corey Pavilion or feel free to take advantage of our first come first served tailgate parking. We will be providing free soft drinks, beer and wine and some snacks as well and would love to have you come on out and support our kids!
We also welcome you to view the beautiful new brick floor that has just been completed in the Alan Lyle Corey III pavilion this season. Over the winter the engraved bricks that we all have ordered will be installed and ready for use this Spring season! If you would like to purchase a brick please go to our website Aikenpolo.org or contact Geoff Ellis to do so. We thank Geoff and Shannon Ellis for heading up this project and Enviroscape for all the hard work in getting it finished as planned for your enjoyment.
If you like what you see today and would like to try it yourself, we have some exciting news to share. Beginning this winter Aiken‘s own Tiger Kneece will be begin offering polo lessons for adults. Tiger is a USPA certified polo instructor and will be starting a lesson program for adults very soon right on these Aiken Polo Club fields. Come out and try the sport of kings, and YOUR new challenge. Tiger can be reached at 803-646-3301 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can not thank you enough for your support of Aiken Polo Club and we look forward to having you join us this weekend and of course next year!
