Special Note: Our Fall 2021 Sunday games have been moved to Powder House Field. Over the summer, Aiken Polo Club resurfaced historic Whitney Field, replacing all the old grass with an improved variety. In order to allow our new grass to become well-established there, we have decided to allow Whitney to rest until the spring.
Our Sunday games will not be affected. All reserved parking spaces will be honored on Powder House, and we will have a fieldside tent with open bar and catered food for all our social members. The first official Sunday game with an announcer and refreshments will be on September 26.
This is our first polo event. Can you tell me where and what time the polo match begins on September 12? I was also told that there is no charge for parking or attending for this date – please confirm. Are we able to park our car field-side and if so, what time should we arrive? I am not finding this information.
